If you need to return an item for refund or exchange, please consult our returns policy as follows below.
IMPORTANT - Please note that before returning your item you’ll need to email us for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER at firstname.lastname@example.org. (See details below.)

MISPRINTED, DAMAGED, or DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item is misprinted, defective, or damaged in transit, we’ll be happy to send you a replacement iten at our own expense.
Please do the following within 4 WEEKS of the date you received the package:
1 - Take PHOTOS of the item showing the damage, defect, or misprint
2 - Take a PHOTO of the packing slip included with your item
3 - EMAIL the photos to us — along with your name, address, and order number — at email@example.com
4 - Hold onto the defective item unless we specifically ask you to return it to us
If the above steps have been completed within 4 WEEKS of the date the item arrived, we will replace your defective or damaged item promptly at no cost to you.
ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT
For packages lost in transit, a claim must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order to you.
EMAIL US your name, address, order number, and tracking information at firstname.lastname@example.org
We’ll confirm that the shipping address was correct and may ask you to get in touch with the local post office to try locating the lost order.
Keep in mind that if tracking information demonstrates your order was delivered, replacing the order will be at your expense.
You may return non-defective items for exchange or refund any time within the 30-day return window beginning the date your order was placed.
IMPORTANT - Please note the following:
1 - The item returned must be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging.
2 - Along with the item, please include the PACKING SLIP that was included with your order. We require this proof of purchase in order to issue a refund or exchange.
3 - RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER - Before returning the package, please email us at email@example.com with the following:
-the item you’re returning
-the reason for the return
-whether you’d like an exchange or refund
Upon receiving this information we’ll issue you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER to write on your package.
4 - Return your item within 30 days of the order date in its original packaging to the returns address included on the item’s packing slip. Write your RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER on the package label and enclose the original PACKING SLIP.
We‘ll email you once your return has been received and inspected and update you on the status of your exchange or refund.
Returned merchandise must be received within 30 days of purchase.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card or gift code will be mailed or emailed to you.
When returning a non-defective or non-damaged item, you’ll be responsible for your own shipping costs in returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The Returns Address is included on your packing slip. Unless we indicate otherwise, this is the address where you should direct your returns.
